JD,
I just got everything last night and in the dark I sat down to read through the directions. Gold valves are pretty simple as place on top of damping rod and add a few extra holes if needed... done

Now to the part that loses me. Springs and Spacers. SO am I to take everything and place it back in the fork:
damper-GV-washer-Spring-washer
Then pull it out all the way and measure the distance to the top of the fork and that's what I cut the spacer to length?

Or can I use my old ones as a reference?

Rob

Final install order goes GV/Spring/Washer/Spacer/Washer.  To cut the spacer length, put in the GV/Spring/2 washers/Spacer.  Extend the fork all the way, and mark a scribe line around the spacer tube at the top of the fork tube.  Pull it out, cut with a tubing cutter, and you're done.  With the spacer flush w/the top of the fork tube, the cap puts the correct preload on the spring when you install it.
